Sophie Duncan is the Executive Manager for JPC.  She is a mother of two girls and her youngest daughter, Lilla, is Deaf. Sophie grew up in the country town of Yarrawonga which she and her family often travel back to. 

She started at JPC as the Office Manager and in early 2023 took on the Executive Manager position. She has a strong background in Administration and Management. She ran her own business for 10 years whilst the children were young and loves playing golf in her free time. 

Sophie enjoys working at JPC where she can be immersed in the Deaf culture and language of Auslan.
