In collaboration with Victoria Police, JPC will host this event and provide Auslan interpreters to facilitate smooth and friendly conversations. The aim is to encourage open communication, build trust, and address topics that might not come up in more formal settings.

During this special event, Auslan interpreters will assist police officers in listening to community concerns, sharing information about safety and crime prevention, and explaining their roles. The sessions are relaxed, informal, and open to everyone, helping to break down barriers and foster mutual understanding between Victoria Police and the Deaf community.
